Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy ("Policy") applies to your subscription to the Service offered by Echelon Dynamics, Inc. (doing business as "Relay AI") ("we", "us", "our").
1. Billing Cycle
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew on a monthly/annual basis at the fee listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Payment is processed via Stripe and you must provide a valid payment method.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial (for example 14 days) to new users. You must provide payment information at or before trial start (if applicable). At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the prevailing rate unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be billed for the next period.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for partial periods used.
- If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there is an error, please contact support@userelay.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription fees for future billing periods. We will notify you in advance and provide the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
